Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WhatsApp Invoice Generator handles invoice data, browser storage, analytics, and WhatsApp sharing.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Overview
WhatsApp Invoice Generator is designed to create invoices in your browser. The core invoice workflow does not require an account, login, backend database, or server-side invoice storage.
Information you enter
You may enter business details, customer details, invoice items, tax information, payment details, notes, and optional logo or signature images. This information is used to render the invoice, create PDFs, build WhatsApp messages, and generate invoice links.
Browser storage
Business details, template choice, invoice counter, and optional invoice drafts may be saved in your browser using localStorage. This helps prefill future invoices on the same device and browser. You can clear saved data from the invoice tool.
Invoice links
When you copy an invoice link, invoice data is encoded into the URL hash so the invoice can be opened without a server database. Uploaded logo and stamp images are removed from shared links to keep URLs smaller. Anyone with the invoice link may be able to view the invoice, so share links only with intended recipients.
PDF and print
PDF generation and printing happen in your browser. The generated PDF is saved by your browser or device based on your own download settings.
WhatsApp sharing
The WhatsApp button opens a standard WhatsApp click-to-chat URL with a pre-filled message. You review and send the message manually. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy practices.
Analytics
The site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page visits and improve the product. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not intended to store your invoice contents.
Contact and updates
This policy may be updated as the product changes. Return to this page for the current version. For product questions, use the site and footer links to navigate back to the invoice generator.
